There she goes again, horsing around…
Hello Palouse Land Trust fans! My name is Bliss, and I am the Legal Intern for PLT this summer. I am beyond excited for the opportunity to learn everything I possibly can about how land trusts operate. Additionally, I look forward to becoming a part of the conservation community, and working hard to make a positive impact on the Palouse.
I am a student at the University of Idaho College of Law and just completed my first year of law school. So far, I have greatly enjoyed the metal challenges and development of legal writing skills that come with the law school experience. Law school has been one of the biggest challenges that I have yet to face, but I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and hope to continue to serve my community using the knowledge that I have gained.
…and going hog wild!
The Palouse has been my home since 2016 when my husband and I moved to Pullman so that I could attend Washington State University. Shortly after our move, we both realized that the Palouse was by far one of the most beautiful places that we had ever been, and we found ourselves feeling like we never wanted to leave these beautiful rolling hills. After graduating from WSU, I was unsure what exactly I wanted to do with my degree and worked as a custodian for the Pullman School District. Being a custodian helped me build a strong work ethic and make connections with my community, and I greatly appreciate the time I spent working for the school district!
The regal and adventurous, Mr. Deeds.
In my free time, you can usually catch me hiking with my husband and out little dog, Mr. Deeds, or riding my horse on the backroads blissfully surrounded by lush wheat fields.
