Join us for a special FREE screening of Women's Work, followed by a panel discussion featuring women from our local farming community. 2026 is the Year of the Woman Farmer, and we are thrilled to partner with Palouse and Latah Soil and Water Conservation Districts, the University of Idaho Extension, Moscow Food Co-op, American Farmland Trust, and the Moscow Farmer’s Market/City of Moscow to present this special event.
The evening will begin with a meet-and-greet before we settle in for a screening of Women's Work, a film highlighting the experiences and contributions of women in agriculture (see more info below).
Following the film, we'll hear from local women producers as they share their own stories, experiences, and perspectives on farming in our region. The conversation will include an opportunity for audience questions, so come curious!
6 PM Doors Open: Meet and greet, raffle ticket sales, and time to connect.
7 PM Film Screening: Enjoy the approximately 50-minute documentary Women's Work.
Following the Film, Producer Panel: Hear from local women in agriculture about their experiences and perspectives.

ABOUT THE FILM
Women’s Work: The Untold Story of America’s Female Farmers
In the fields and barns across America are the stories of farmers — the talented, tenacious stewards of the land who have grown our food for generations. But the story has only been half-told. Often missing are the women farmers. This film journeys across America to meet women farmers and to celebrate their accomplishments and contributions. Join us in a celebration of the International Year of the Woman Farmer with this free film and discussion with local women farmers
