Yoga in the Cedars features an all-levels yoga practice and sound bath with Stephanie Frost beneath the cedar canopy at Idler's Rest Nature Preserve. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect, and spend time in nature.

The practice is held in the cedar clearing. From the parking lot, cross the road to the Cedar Trail sign post. Continue down the trail and across the bridge. Take a left on the Cedar Trail and head to the large open space beside the trail.
