Join Emily for a grounding, all-levels yoga session beneath the cedar canopy at Idler's Rest Nature Preserve.
Emily brings a calm, welcoming teaching style shaped by her work as a yoga instructor and her broader life experience as a community member. Her classes emphasize accessibility and presence, supporting both beginners and experienced practitioners in building strength, flexibility, and ease. Interested in more from Emily? This practice will be a gentle, guided flow with a focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and connection to the natural environment. No prior yoga experience is needed, and participants are encouraged to come as they are.
