Palouse Prairie »
Less than 1% of the native Palouse Prairie exists today. The Land Trust worked with the Hill family to protect one of the largest Palouse Prairie remnants in Latah County, and continues to prioritize this globally imperiled ecosystem.  Some of the landowners who have donated conservation easements have also begun to restore native prairie on portions of their protected lands.
