Join Nikki for a grounding, all-levels yoga experience beneath the cedar branches at Idler’s Rest Nature Preserve.
Nikki brings a grounded and approachable teaching style shaped by her experience balancing life as a yoga instructor, parent, partner, and active community member. Her sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether you are brand new to yoga or have an established practice, while helping you cultivate strength, flexibility, and a sense of ease.
Participants can expect a gentle, guided flow focused on mindful movement, breathwork, and overall well-being. No previous experience is necessary. Come as you are and take time to reconnect with yourself and the natural surroundings.
Donations are welcome and encouraged but not required.

The practice is held in the cedar clearing. From the parking lot, cross the road to the Cedar Trail signpost, continue across the bridge, and follow the Cedar Trail to the open space.
