Join Venus Venom for a grounding, all-levels yoga experience beneath the cedar branches at Idler’s Rest Nature Preserve.
This outdoor practice invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention in the quiet beauty of the forest. Surrounded by towering cedars, you’ll be guided through a beginner-to-intermediate friendly asana flow that emphasizes breath, presence, and mindful movement.
Venus offers a welcoming space to explore the connection between body, mind, and breath through gentle self-inquiry and compassion. Rather than striving toward a specific goal, this practice encourages you to meet yourself exactly where you are, on your mat, in this moment, and notice what unfolds breath by breath.
Following the yoga session, participants will be invited to settle into a deeply restorative sound bath during savasana, allowing the vibrations of sound to support relaxation, integration, and nervous system reset. This immersive experience enhances the calming effects of the practice and helps you leave feeling grounded and renewed.
Let’s come together in full presence under the cedars.
